Opened in 1952. They have been family owned from the start & serve both New Mexican & American cuisine. Known for their “steak in the rough", which is deep-fried steak fingers served w/ french fries.
Get the steak in the rough and a bowl of red. TRUST ME.

Best sandwiches in town! Get the Lobo, or the Albuquerque Turkey! My kid loves the grilled cheese, and we ALL absolutely LOVE the potato salad!!! Do not pass this place up!

The Arugula Duck salad is VERY good, and Big! Husband and I both had a cup of soup and split the Arugula Duck. STILL stuffed. VERY good!
Love the Abq Vinaigrette just like Santa Fe. You know it's good when your kid with strep throat wants a Kale Ceasar salad over pizza.
A bottomless cup of coffee is a great way to go. Good, strong brew and a flavored option is always available, too.

Yeeees. Great breakfast food. So very delicious. The burrito looked great but I went more New Mexican-style and had a great tomatillo sauce.
Authentic Mexican food and excellent prices. Be sure to get their Carnitas Tortas!
