Post-fire, Mai's looks more upscale and urban, but the food has retained its homey street quality. Get some spring rolls, and share a Banh Xeo and the garlic beef.

The soda fountain includes Dublin Dr. Pepper (while it lasts) and other uncommon colas.
For desert, go to Rhea’s Ice Cream where Rhea herself makes some of the most delicious and inventive cream you’ve ever had. Circus animal cookie, avocado coconut, big red, the list goes on and on.
And finally, to wash it down, you need to head to The Chocolate Bar with hundreds of items filled, covered, and dipped in chocolate.
