Yann B. • October 8, 2017Delicious traditional tonkatsu shoyu ramen. Swap the pork for pork belly. The karaage is deliciously marinaded in ginger/soy sauce and comes with a spicy Japanese mayo.
Rattus • February 17, 2019Great reliable ramen with order details you can specify tune to your preferences.
Dane L. • October 2, 2019Tonkatsu ramen was good, along with the Seattle rolls. I sampled my friend’s Godzilla rolls, which were terrific. A solid sushi/ramen joint, a better spot for sushi based on my experience 🍲🍣
Jamie C. • November 23, 2017Lemongrass beef vermicelli bowl is delicious. Friendly service, nice draft beers on tap and in spring & summer the huge windows are open and a nice breeze blows through 👍🏼🍺🍜
Jordana S. • June 3, 2015Amazing Pho-French fusion. Try the duck confit with mushrooms and ramen. Awesome.
Drew R. • September 29, 2017REALLY fantastic Shoyu ramen. ramen should leave you with a warm satisfied feeling with every bite and when combined with the Ajitama this is definitely one of my favorite bowls in Seattle :)
Matt K. • August 6, 2014Finally a great ramen shop in the Seattle area! This Japanese chain is known for its shio tonkotsu ramen. You won't be disappointed!
kat • September 1, 2014fantastic ramen. i always get the vegetarian with the half boiled egg. friends recommend half sodium on other broths (not applicable for vege).
Micaela P. • March 27, 2017This place is totally underrated! The name is weird, but everything on their menu is good. Pork broth ramen is one of the best I've had in Seattle! Order your fries with Cajun seasoning.
Brandon L. • April 19, 2016New ramen place in Fremont, not quite "traditional" but still very tasty. Black Garlic Ramen was tasty, and I've come back for more.
Bill W. • January 24, 2017Ramen is on point and noodle refills are free!!! Also karaage/fried chicken is awesome
