eric b. • August 5, 2020Nice big historic hotel with lots of different hidden areas that is fun to explore. Pool is great in the afternoon. FYI: The owner is a big Trump supporter which may or may not weigh on your ethics.
Paulina T. • January 13, 2013Don't go through price line or Expedia when booking a reservation. Best to call the hotel where u can get a better rate. When you go throu a 3rd party you will most likely not get what you want

Fodor's Travel • August 24, 2015Mixing Art Deco and Spanish-style influences like carved wood, colored tile, and metal spires, the hotel décor is minimal, modern California aesthetic, a mix of traditional and contemporary.
GypsyYogi • July 2, 2019Amazingly beautiful hotel. Great service. Rooftop offers lunch & beautiful pool. Get the Baker dozen’s oysters & magnum rosé, trust me... it’s worth it!
