Aatif B. • April 11, 2012Best value for Indian-Pakistani food in Chicago. Stunningly inexpensive, deliciously mouth watering. Usually spend no more than $10 for 3 days worth of food!
Baber M. • July 18, 2016The chicken grilled boti & tandoori chicken are great. It's all for a good price too. The eating area is clean . But keep in mind that the food is made fresh and does take a while.
Asim J. • October 2, 2013This is the best, most authentic Indian experience you can get in the country. Try the beef fry meal, okra, or the standard chicken biryani.
Redeye Chicago • January 16, 2015Come here for delicious meals like the chicken boti (a silver platter of charcoal-blistered juicy thighs and wings slathered in a mint-green chili yogurt sauce), seekh kababs, or the karahi gosht.
Chicago Cab Fare • October 5, 2011Verified authentic by Chicago's Indian cab drivers (also said to be similar to Sri Lankan food). Great barfi & other sweets.
Mike P. • June 26, 2010Great late night joint. 5pm-5am 7days! Frontier Ghost and Chicken Masala are my favorites. Can often be over oily but comes with the territory. Rumali Rotis r their signature bread and a must buy!
Rishad T. • June 2, 2013One of best places for Indian/Pakistani food. Start with chicken tilkka. Then kadai (mutton) gosht, palak daal ( spinach lentils), &frontier chicken. Eat with butter naan. End with rasmalai dessert.
William B. • July 25, 2019Delicious food. Been here a few times now and they always treat us well. Try the Momos and if you like mutton get the Nepali Khasi
Abdul Karim Syed • October 28, 2018Their Halwa Puri on Sunday’s for Brunch is just plain awesome! Takes you back home! 🇵🇰
Tiffany W. • August 14, 2016i've only been here once, but they do have an interesting menu with unique dishes. i really enjoyed their cevapcici spring rolls.
Time Out Chicago • January 20, 2012Try the potatoes with mustard seed and cumin, perfect for the crispy, two-foot long paper dosa. Then try the Swati samosa chaat, a smashed potato pocket drenched in silky yogurt and tamarind chutney.
Jack D. • October 28, 2009Hema's is probably the best Indian food you'll find in Chicago. No, it is. And they deliver. A little pricey but worth it all the way around. Do yourself a favor and order the Lamb W/ Okra. Amazing!
Baber M. • July 18, 2016Affordable and appetizing, you should definitely try out their combination platters. The chili chicken as well as the bihari kabab are quite flavorful and leave you satisfied.
