Jennifer C. • March 26, 2016Really nice hotel, the restaurant has great food and cocktails. The pool in the spa was so cold tho and it is at the top of a really steep hill - don't pull your cases up, get a cab or the tram!

Sean M. • November 8, 2018Anyone who says this isn't on par with other Kimpton's clearly hasn't stayed at Sir Francis Drake. This hotel is amazing, staff is friendly and the neighborhood is considerably better than Union Sq.
