Michelle O. • February 11, 2013If your in town for a few days, and love hiking, you must attempt Camelback. It is a great hike with an amazing view! Just be cautious with parking, it can fill up pretty quickly so get their early.

Kelly N. • February 13, 2013I went hiking here with my boyfriend & dog & it was quite an adventure! It's tucked away & a change of pace compared to Camelback. It was pretty busy on a Saturday morning, but try a weekday.
Jessi S. • November 13, 2013If you are looking for a relaxing hike, filled with beautiful sites to see, this is the right trail! But, make sure to allot at least three hours if you plan to go all the way to the top.
David B. • August 25, 2014Great summit hike with 360 degree view of the valley. Lots of nice folks on the trail. 1200 ft. climb. Takes about an hour (+/-).
M T. • March 19, 2016First half of the trail is a solid hike. The second half... You better bring gloves and real hiking shoes. It's extreme. Hands and knees climbing. Great views along the way.
Bill T. • September 28, 2011One of the most serene places on earth:hotel's elegant cactus garden; best time is at sunrise. Approx 50ft wide and 500 ft long
Jim L. • May 20, 2015The wildflower season rebounded a bit, but with unseasonably reasonable weather, great place to see everything. Keep your eyes and feet on the trails. A teddy-bear cholla is not fun to hug..
Maggie • June 6, 2013The view is such a reward for the climb, esp for sunrise/sunset or anytime between. Feel great afterwards!!
Chris W. • October 4, 2016Great spot to start off a long bike ride or hike with your dog. Or come with your family and enjoy a walk and a picnic under the ramadas.

Ashley G. • November 15, 2013Very nice park with a great view on the mountain. If you are a beginner when pertaining to hiking this is definitely a great place. I took my 5 year old and he had a blast!
Farouq A. • January 11, 2019Good garden park to cruise this time of the year. Average in size. Don’t miss to take picture with the glass huge cactus after the entrance. Senior? You will get discounted entry ticket.
Adam W. • November 18, 2013A great little park to bring the dogs to. Most patrons are animal lovers, and at sundown it becomes a mini dog park! Super fun.
Sulafa S. • November 17, 2013You definitely need to plan ahead for a visit to Tovrea Castle and Carraro Cactus Garden (several months ahead). Tours are a unique opportunity to see such a prominent landmark up close.
