The chicken is great and has excellent flavor, but the arroz chaufa is the standout dish for me. GF menu and definitely the goto Peruvian style rotisserie chicken place in Raleigh to visit.
Mami Nora's and Big Boss combined makes for an excellent combination. The green beans, rotisserie chicken and fired plantains are something you can never go wrong with. Raleigh location is the best!
David MillsapsAugust 8, 2014The chicken is amazing of course. The cilantro salad dressing is wonderful too. Unfortunately the actual salad is the worst in town, and one of the few healthy options. Still a favorite spot.

Love the flavor of the Chicken. Its one of the most favorite places that my family and I go there often for dinner. We love yucca. :D
