Buses get delayed because of, you know, the extremely complicated nature of life on Earth. MTD has fairly accurate real time tracking software freely available many different ways, so QUIT BITCHING.
The 9B bus goes west to Parkland, and the 9A goes east in a complete loop, eventually ending up at Parkland, too. So, both buses say "Parkland"...be sure to pay attention to the A and B!- It's not the busdriver's job to be able to tell you the departure/arrival time of every bus line at every bus stop in CU, and YOU are the dumbass if you think otherwise. - Fairly large and nice terminal with clean bathrooms. It can get crowded though, so watch your belongings and circle for parking til you find a spot.
I allways leave early..cause its "public" transportation ..not private..#public nothing perfect!..however the best central illinois public transportation.
Clean and convenient. Bathrooms are better on the second floor
Bike to the bus-Bike racks located on front of MTD buses for biker friendly convenience!
- They get pretty steamed if you try to wash yo feet in the sinks.
Trains tend to be chilly. Bring a hoodie or coat.
