Variety of group classes keep things interesting for your muscles so you don't plateau. Evenings are quiet - almost like a private gym!

Be sure to check their weekend hours- they aren't the best ... But during the week it's 24 hours! So great!

DO NOT GO THIS GYM! HARD TO CANCEL! The cancellation policy is ridiculous. Only by email to the owner. Look up the reivews on the cancellation issue about this gym. This is not the only one case!

Don't sign up for this gym! My experience with the management has been horrible, facing blatant dishonesty. I very much recommend going to the nearby LA Fitness instead, which is more economical.

Lynn is the best yoga teacher I've ever practiced with. Check out her Beginning Ashtanga Yoga class.
