- Terry DohertyMay 28, 2013Early morning is a great time to be here. Check in 20 minutes before your train arrives and still have plenty of seats in the Waiting Room
- Tom FijalMay 11, 2012You can take 2 carry-ons and check 3 bags in for free. Great for college kids with lots of stuff!

- If you're heading to DC or points north and can leave later in the morning, I recommend taking the NE Regional instead of the Crescent. Quieter and more space.
- Taking the train in Virginia rocks. The Northeast Regional goes from Lynchburg to Boston and is cheaper than driving!
