Peach white prosecco gelato is quite tasty and refreshing on a hot day!
I definitely recommend the tiramisu gelato. Try the multiple flavored sorbettos: they're absolutely amazing. The avocado, honey and orange is a real treat.

My favorite drink at the Gibson is the Pampered Moose - elderflower liquor, vodka, grapefruit juice, prosecco and a giant orange peel. Wonderful citrusy aroma - can't go wrong!!!

This is one of the better theatre's I've been to in my experience with the arts. The staff are very friendly and they have some of the best shows for the whole family. They also offer free concerts.
