They recently renovated this theater so it has comfy, leather recliners and reserved seating now. It's right across from the waterfront so take a walk before/after your film for some beautiful views

Hubble 3D was an excellent show to watch! Wisecracking Mike Massimino is a hoot!

Great theater and not overwhelmingly large, and a wonderful selection of smaller films. It has parking and metro access as well as food and alcohol selection.

Go here instead of Regal Bethesda whenever possible! Nice, newer, stadium seating, etc.

They check for ID when the movies are near the bar and rated R. You get free parking of movie is theater 6 &7 (near bar) if over 21. And you can bring you drinks in the theater.

Saw the Black Hole movie here... a little disappointed in the quality of the visual... the film is cool, of course, but I guess I'm spoiled by my HDTV.
The best movie theatre in town. Period. It's a pop up but I hope they make it a perm spot. Cool lounge with a good selection of wine, beer, snacks, comfy seats, not overpriced, great art house movies.
Great art house film house. It is a pop up, but the theater felt legit. The overprice craft food/drink fit the hipster vibe of the yuppie union market (not to say I didn't partake in said concessions)
Cute theater! Be prepared to drop some cash on concessions, they're not cheap.
It's a GREAT venue to see new, innovative and slightly off-beat performing arts.
Please support this theater. It is probably one of DC's best kept theater secrets.
