Union Market, a year-round communal market, provides fresh produce, freshly squeeze juices and smoothies, and freshly prepared cultural delights to locals and tourists in the Washington DC area.
It's far from central DC, but has ample free parking. There isn't a ton of seating if you visit one of the smaller stalls versus one of the bigger "restaurants". Great place to hang out and chill.
The buck fizz at brunch is awesome a unique mix of gin OJ and champagne... with star anise. Blowing the cobwebs away.

The Oaxaca Omelet is one of the best I have ever had, can't go wrong. Get the grits on the side. Orange juice is also a can't miss.
They make their orange juice IN HOUSE. It impressed me more than it should have. Oh and the pomegranate juice is great too.
