Mussels are brought in fresh everyday. Currently they have Salt Spring Island mussels which are smaller and tender. Highly recommend.

Food and service are a level above most other restaurants in Vancouver. I feel like Bauhaus is the restaurant many others try to be. Dishes are creative with some interesting techniques.
