Definitely try the spring rolls and the fried ones too! My favorite is the seafood pho, but the beef combination is excellent as well.

If you get pho (soup), when you hand them your cash ($5), ask for vegetables from the stock. They don't come automatically and are the best part!
The noodle Soup is amazing but get there early or be prepared to wait. Visit the Temple. Chanting begins at 1pm. Beautiful. Be sure to visit the website to learn proper etiquette.

A solidly good Viet restaurant. Having lived in and visited the Vietnamese capitals of America - and the homeland herself - I can vouch. Great pho broth, well-made sinh tos with fresh ingredients.

Amazing atmosphere, but lets be honest one comes to food halls for the food ... and the variety in this Market is just amazing, Ramen bar, coffee, pizzas all top notch.
They have several food vendors, serving Cuban, Mexican, Mediterranean, Japanese & Indian. They also have a winery, ice cream, desserts, coffee & so much more. Plenty of seating space.

I won’t give you a bad review! But quality on Ichicoro is WAY BETTER at the original location in Seminole Heights (Best Ramen in town) than in Armature Works!
Highly recommend eating at the counter so your ramen is served in a proper ceramic bowl. I swear the wax cardboard bowls changes the flavor of the food. Go for the Shio w/ the spicy sauce on the side.
