The Wurlitzer concert before a movie is fantastic. This is a "must do" if you are visiting or if you live in the Tampa Bay area.
One of the few single screen theaters remaining in the world. It's a gorgeous interior, with some of the best, new independent movies (that can't been seen anywhere else). A top Tampa destination.

This is a great place to eat and drink. Every menu item has been thought through. As others have noted, the Bird and Pig is delicious. Desserts are great, if you have room. Nice list of draught beer.

There are at least 3-4 different playgrounds. There's a rope and rock climbing area for kids. There's an area for toddlers and babies too! Plenty of open areas for children to run, picnic tables too.
