Among the many great food options at Safeco, my favorites were the Cheddar Bratwurst w/ grilled onions and sauerkraut (best sausage/dog) and the "Ichiroll" sushi (best food name in MLB).
One of Baseballs greatest atmosphere's both inside and outside the ballpark. Make sure to get there nice and early to enjoy all the outside events.
Safeco Field officially opened on July 15, 1999 in the middle of the baseball season. The retractable roof takes about 10 minutes to fully close.
