I was there today and had etoufee and rice it was delicious ,spicy lots of crawfish the bread is outstanding and we also tried the bacon wrapped shrimp .. good we enjoyed it but shrimp is frozen..
If you get the pan roast, gumbo, or étouffée, ask for the rice to be served on the side. That way the rice doesn't soak up all the liquid if you take leftovers home
The food is good but the service really sucks. It took an hour to get seated and once we were seated it took 30 mins to even get bread and water when other tables were immediately served.

the $11 buffet is worth trying, especially if you are hungry. You a basket of (plain/butter/garlic) naan, get 2 different curries of the day, oil fried snacks, rice, a couple of desserts.
Everything on the buffet is delicious and the naan is hot and fresh! Can't go wrong with lunch here!

Lunch specials are very rice centric despite pho in their name. That said, they are good specials.
New to Pho... so went safe and got the Beef Fried Rice. Was kind of dry, but it was good and a huge portion. The soup that came with it was just boooring. Service was kind of slow and unenthusiastic.
Everything is very clean, including the broth for the pho. That's not usually a good thing since people like their broth beefy and rich. But even so, the pho & the other dishes were very good.
