Brian Clevenger: Get the gnocchi with wild boar sauce.
SFGate: A true neighborhood Roman-style trattoria. Try the bruschetta with fava beans, the fennel and artichoke salad or the tortelloni with creamy mascarpone sauce; finish with a creamy lemon tart. Read more.
Melissa H: You can't go wrong here. Good food, good service. The fettuccine tartufate with truffle sauce is especially yummy.

The Bold Italic: What can we say? Try the elk, wild boar, pheasant — hell, try everything!
Asher Yanich: Had this at the alameda flea market. Bottom line, not worth it. The toppings are from Costco, sausages seemed store bought. They messed up my toppings. Definitely a pass if there is other food around.
Jeremiah Tipton: Awesome have to try the elk sausage.

Pierre A.: Delicious food, chill out atmosphere, this is what I call a neighborhood gem. Get the lentils and hummus bowl.
Demir Sel: Great gourmet food made in house. Always busy during office lunch hours due to the close proximity of UCSF. Johnny (owner) is down to earth, caring, and potentially will play a song on his keyboard.
A G: Some of the best sandwiches have been from this funny, little corner store. There's wi-fi, and say hey to David. He's great!

Miquela: $6 Pastrami on sourdough, and a $13 pitcher of whatever's on draft (we recommend the full boar whiskey beer) aka the OG San Francisco treat and a killer date night.
Anthony: This is an great place. Def not your everyday. The portions are huge, the prices are low, and the food is great. The hard part is deciding what to have.
Dave S.: Not a vegetarian? Then this place is for you. Cafeteria style food, but so cheap, so good. And a fantastic selection of beer.
