If you ever want something thats not on the menu, just ask for it! (within reason). Want spicy vegetables with noodles? no problem, Chicken and JUST broccoli, spicy? Easy! They can do anything :)

Xiao Long Bao and Kung Pao are the best I've had in SF. Everything tastes like it came straight from Shanghai. For a person who used to live in Shanghai for 7 years, this is my favorite place.
Dry fry chicken wings are loaded with a thick garlic pepper sauce and still stay crunchy. Must order.

Pork pot stickers are the best I've had since I can remember. Also, the wonton noodle soup w/no noodles comes in delicate broth with hints of garlic -- accompanied by white meat chicken and prawns.
Great drinks, working hands dumplings are fantastic. Fun atmosphere and reasonably priced for high quality food.
