Melanie Liu: The place is always packed. I like the lemon tart, dulce de leche cake, lemon meringue cake, banana cream pie as well as the quiches and croissants.
Wejdan ✨: Everything in tartine is insane. So incredibly good! Specially the bread pudding and the coconut cream pie. Here you can't go wrong with anything.
Vivian Wang: Best to go when there is no line, but the line moves fast. The tres leche cake and banana cream pie is on point

Chloe Fan: Matcha chocolate chip cookie, matchazuke, matcha cream pie
Emerson Hum: Must get the matcha cream pie
Bommy: Katsu sando is unfortunately worth the $16. It's really flavorful and the fried pork is perfectly crispy. Try the roll cake and matcha cream pie. Friday at noon wasn't terribly crowded.
Toland Hon: When I was there, they had 4 different soft serve flavors. You could also get a ice cream pie. Unfortunately, no real ice cream, but the soft serves were definitely worth the try.
Eduardo Ramirez: tried the rocky road ice cream pie and it was delicious. It had marshmallows!!
Nooshin Shafiee: I tried this mushroom thing which I cannot remember the exact name, and it was one of the most delicious different meals I’ve ever had. Definitely go here of you are around.

Michael Alderete: The shaving cream is the best I've ever used.
Ben Bartos: Signature scent soap is the best!
Susan Wilhite: The laundry soap is SOAP, not detergent. Use less for HE machines; better for your washables than, like, Tide.
Jetset Extra: For his California bounty-driven cuisine Chef Tu forages wild fennel and rosemary; makes his own mozzarella, ricotta, and mascarpone; and creates a new kind of creamy risotto every night. Read more.
Scott Eaton: Check the specials board before ordering (it's on the right side wall, rather hidden). I missed it and then saw what I wanted instead too late!
Scott Eaton: The board on the right is no longer the specials board, it's the kids menu.

Andrew Fischler: Can't go wrong with the #13 (Reblochon Cheese, Ham, Caramelized Onion & Roasted Potato).
R: They take cards now!
Vince Wilcox: Egg, goat cheese, avocado crêpe. Better choice than pizza. Although add bacon cause I regretted not. Next time.
15. Yank Sing

Dim Sum Restaurant · Financial District · 229 tips and reviews
Exclusive Resorts: One of the best dim sum places in the city. It can get crowded on Sundays at Rincon so try the Stevenson Street location. The Shanghai soup dumplings here (their specialty) is not to be missed.
FoodSherpas.com: SF has one of the best Chinatowns. But when asking natives for the best Dim Sum/Soup Dumplings, they'll recommend Yank Sing, despite its high price & business center locale. More @ http://is.gd/YSING
Michelin Travel & Lifestyle: If you are not seeing the dim sum item you want coming around on carts, flag down a manager and have them order it directly from the kitchen. - Inspector
