Long wait but deservedly so; It's the best brunch spot in SF for a reason. Their housemade Pork Sausage patties, Nueske's Bacon, and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes are outstanding
The special breakfast sandwich is excellent, ask them to go light on the aioli if you don't like flavor! Otherwise it's great as is!
The baked goods are great, if you want something smaller (or sweet); The breakfast sandwiches (best shared and had on the house-made biscuits) are perfect, if you're hungrier or want something savory.

Custard French Toast is really amazing. Half of it is good for 1 person, if you order sides it's better to share. The full size is 2 slices for 4 people. The mocha is good. Gwen it's really kind!
The bacon fried chicken sandwich with wonderful and the breakfast burrito never disappoints. Small place with limited seating, but definitely worth a trip for coffee and food, even if it's to go.

Yes, the hashbrown sandwich is a signature dish. But make sure to order the eggs over easy, top with salt&pepper, separate, and put each egg between the sliced toast for two runny egg sandwiches! Yum!
