I love that Asha offers non-dairy options for their teas! This is one of my favorite pearl milk tea spots. They have an Arnold Palmer equivalent that's very tasty, too. The line always moves quickly.

Delicious boba!! Mountain black tea with cream and sea salt is bomb. You still get the creaminess without the milk
Easily one of the most authentic milk tea spots in the city; closest I've found to Taipei. High mountain tea, jasmine tea, and Tie Guan Yin milk teas are all good. Boba consistency is hit and miss.
Ask for double boba, they'll adorably ask you if you're sure.

We ordered the regular Ice Milk black tea and the Crema Milk Tea. I thought the black tea was a little on the sweet side, but the Crema was just right. They have free wifi + upstairs seating!
Classic milk black tea with boba is light and refreshing. You also get to keep the mason jars!
Black tea with peach & they got good coffee. Best part is you get to take the glass bottle home!

It's quiet,there are a lot of people on laptops. A perfect mix of macs and windows. I had a hard time connecting to wifi. A good place to study. There's a cool wall plant display.

Afternoon tea for two, with champagne was lovely. Had the 100 anniversary tea...loved the florals and warm scones :) The Pear finger sandwich was my favorite.

A hidden gem in the Castro, the sandwiches here are amazing. My faves are the Shaking Beef and Roasted Chicken. Be sure to get a Watermelon Litchi or Avocado Shake to complete the meal. Cheap too!
