Rosie Weilbacher: Favorite place on the Hill! Pasta con Pesce is the best food ever! I get it every time I go! All the food is good, but I want my last meal to be Pasta con Pesce from Zia's
Justin W.: A WONDERFUL Italian restaurant in the heart of St. Louis' Little Italy, it is an authentic and wonderful spot. Great food, wonderful ambiance. A must if you're ever in town for any reason.
Abbie Streuter: Great spot for dinner with friends/family, work lunch, etc. The food is always perfection and continually leave full and content.

Italian Restaurant · The Hill · 19 tips and reviews
Laura: The house salad is a must-have: pistachios, prosciutto, and parm on romaine with a balsamic vinegarette that has the creaminess of ceasar. Tiramisu is light and fluffy. Excellent service. Low lunch $!
Alan Hautly: Excellent soups and awesome Gorgonzola spread
Cyndy Woodard: It's not on the menu... Bit ask for the fried ravioli. And put the Gorgonzola cheese on it. Yum!!
Nathan Essner: Never had anything that wasn't good. Salsiccia and meatball are both must haves. Best salsiccia on the hill, which is saying something.
Erik Rowley: Easily the greatest meatball sub I’ve ever eaten, get the garlic bread. This place has been run by the Fassi family since 1926, service is top notch! Say Hi to Tom who runs it now.
Mark Thrasher: That meatball sub is out of this works good.
