The service is absolutely terrible. They have 11 open tables and the kitchen is "overwhelmed". How can that be when you're not at capacity!? They're trying to promote and atmosphere they can't support

On a sunny morning, go over to the fountain and sit with a book. The water sprays are the most relaxing thing in the city.
