Book a table at the Jules Verne Restaurant at the tour and go all the way up in a private lift. The food is not what it use to be but it's still good and is a romantic experience to visit the tower.

Wonderful and very romantic - ask for a quiet table when you book (definitely indoors). The staff speaks English and is very attentive. And the escargot, duck breast and crème brûlée are amazing!

The seating area next to the fireplace is super romantic if u r on a date, or if u want some privacy (less crowded than other areas + better seating). This place is a MUST try...remember to get fancy!
Great romantic dinner. Food is exquisite, 7 course tasting menu is reasonably priced. If you get the "duck breast from pomarez" you're in for a treat. Get the cheese plate for 1 not 2, It's plenty.

The bartender was excellent and was such a pleasure to watch him make delicious cocktails. Dining outside on the patio was romantic and the service was great.
