Well balanced list of custom cocktails, but judging from the sazerac I had, the classics are also great here. The waiters will help you find what you like.
Awesome custom cocktails
The signature drinks have produce from the local farmers. The flavors are not your typical mixology bs. It’s very good.
First come first served (unlike most speakeasy's). Speak English. Dress lightly; it's hot in this small room. Open until 5AM. Drinks are 12 euros. Traditional drinks like Manhattan are well executed.
Amazing cocktail bar in a lively area of the city. Very capable mixologists and a great drink list. Highly recommend the Old Cuban.
You can't go wrong here ordering off the menu, but the bespoke cocktails were on point as well. Great cocktail bar!

Enter through the tacqueria and go straight back, push open the white door and enter the bar. Amazing mixology cocktails. Excellent spot.
The line for tacos is long, but behind the white door at the back of the taqueria is an amazing bar. Order the Finisterre, Gimlet or the La Guêpe Verte, and mingle with random locals while you wait.
Old Fashioned
Try the 'Old Fashioned' cocktail. It's a true work of art the way these bartenders create your cocktail. The ambiance is great and the crowd is very mixed. My favorite cocktail place in Paris.
