For afternoon tea, food was good (served a bit differently from what I am used to, but every house has its own way I guess) but service left a lot, and I mean a lot, to be desired
This may be a new hotel but it doesn't feel that way - the staff are friendly, happy to help & the little touches make you feel very special. The area is fantastic & it feels like you're at home.

Did not have restaurant week menu on weekend, so pricier than planned... but definitely worth it - all the food and service and atmosphere was wonderful (even as a hotel restaurant)!!!

This is just a hip, lovely boutique hotel in downtown Manhattan that I love to stay in. Lounge is very chic and trendy and it's very conveniently located for both work and play.
One of the greatest boutique hotels! Walking distance to some of the finest restaurants SoHo has to offer. See a great live show at one of the concert venues nearby like the Bowery Ballroom.
Simply impeccable service, experience. Lounge area reminiscent of a jewelry box. Afternoon tea service opulently curated by chef Gabriel Kreuther. A feast for all senses. Excellent people-watching.

After dinner, have a cocktail at my favorite place in Manhattan (its both opulent and modern). Highly recommend the risotto, truffle sliders, and afternoon tea. In the summer, sit on the balcony.
