David Berkowitz: Try the Soup 1-1-1 - Soup sampler: crab & corn chowder, gumbo, turtle. The turtle was the hands down favorite but all are good
Jeremy Fisher: Surprisingly good food ($.25 martinis, turtle soup, gumbo, Oyster Gratinée, Creole Cochon de Lait “Cassoulet,” duckfat potatoes), but go to Galatoire's for atmosphere
Antonello Loddo: Their soufflé, gumbo and seafood are definitely worth the short ride from the French Quarter. Better reserve ahead of time. If price is an issue, try it for lunch.
