Went for the Jazz brunch buffet. Food was delicious, ambience of courtyard was beautiful w live music, and the service was fantastic. Russell, was quick, kind, and made our overall experience great.

Staff is awesome and the courtyard is fantastic. Room was good - esp. the balcony overlooking the quarter and the big bathroom. Pool is nice - wish the water was colder than bathwater though.

Great Hotel. Very friendly front desk staff. Quiet rooms. Doesn't feel like your steps from Bourbon Street, which can be a good thing!
