This intimate venue located under an indie record store is great if you want to experience great music outside of the ordinary ultra competitive music scene on Broadway.

Attached to the 404 Hotel and housed in a re-purposed storage container, it has been drawing crowds since opening. Matt Bolus is turning out creative dishes using products like house-made burrata.

Food is really good. I had fish tacos. The fish was perfectly cooked. Great portions and the Sirhacha sour. Cream was excellent. Get the tater tots. They are crispy deliriousness.

Great place for live music. The venue has been there since 1971 and so many huge artists have played there.
It’s a great venue for music. It’s intimate and the acoustics are fantastic.
This theater is modern & gorgeous, with great acoustics! Perfect for intimate shows where you want to be able to hear a pin drop.
The circular “theater in the round” design here makes me feel like there probably isn’t a bad seat in the house. I did have a pole just left of my seat, but it only blocked a tiny sliver of stage.
