Maxim: THe big Oktoberfest-style pretzels sold in the Schwemme by pretzl-girls are delicious. Kitchen is open till midnight or later, though a smaller menu is offered after 10pm. Get chicken and apfelstrudel
Jake Smith: A must do once in your life (at least!). Get a pretzel from the pretzel girls, listen to the oompa band, order a schnitzel, and enjoy the beer (I loved the Dark Radler in particular).
Arturo Amador: Great pork knuckle and beer.. also the pretzels are amazing.

Tim Groves: Protip: bring your own food (cheese, ham, salad, etc.). Buy drinks and pretzels there.
Sophie Bakalar: Now THIS is my kind of beer hall. Not too crowded or touristy, but still lively and fun. The waiters are really nice, and even spoke English with me. The pretzels are delicious (and aren't stale!)
Bella Wess: Food was good and beer is great! Pretzels are not free (1.10 euro) Got a platter with everything and shared it. Was more than enough for us!
Cesar Dominguez Valle: Great BeerGarden and live bavarian music. The pretzels are no so good but red sausages with potatoes are much better!! :)
cnelson ︻╦╤─: Great place to hit during Oktoberfest if you want a more mellow experience! Liters of beer, pretzels, and sausages with no crowds!
Marcello Manso: Typical German Biergarten. I tried all the different sausages plus the huge pretzel!
Nes: Pretzel + sausage + mustard 👌🏼
Joan Cardona: It's the best place I found in Munich. Amazing and traditional sausages, great beer and good prices. Be careful with the pretzels, they leave it on the table but they are not free
Karla Kern: Great traditional food! Menu in English, Spanish, French …great service. Pretzel, sausages , beer and chucrut Amazing 🤤

Ken Armitage: Great beer hall helpful staff. Busy vibe and quality tasty beer. Food was average but cheap. Not sure about the potato dumpling didn't enjoy these. Pretzels are a winner. As a tourist it is a must do.
Christian Stenseng: Like always, great beer is available here! This is a place you just have to return to. Very reasonable beer prices.
Drew Milam: Open air biergarten / beer garden in the heart of downtown in the market. Perfect place to take a break from site seeing, rest your feet and enjoy a cold litre of beer, and a pretzel too.
James: Really amazing beer garden right in the centre of the city a couple of minutes walk from Marienplatz. Beer served rotates between the big Munich 6 so not always guaranteed your favourite.
Lisa S: Dude you buy beer from is a jerk, but the beer is good.
PATRICIA PRIETO: A very nice surprise!! Roasted chicken perfect, salat and the best pretzel (I promise). It looks like a tourist trap but nonsense is pretty good... the ducks and swans are the place attraction 😍
R J: The ultimate in fine Bavarian cusine. Traditional dishes and seasonal specialties. Wild game, seafood, suck and some of the Bavarian favorites. A must on your first visit to beautiful Munich.
Kent Rudd: My favorite beer garden!
