Moraya DeGeare: My all time favorite item on the menu is the bison chili! It's splendid and gluten free. We also got the a burger with gluten free bun, it has caramelized onions, aoli, and it was all kinds of yummy.

Eater: Brasa is the casual restaurant from Alex Roberts ( a James Beard-wining chef). This is a place to go family style, and make sure to get the slow-roasted pork, the crispy yuca, and the collards.
