Harley Acres: A wonderful exhibit or Mary and Percy Shelley's books, writings, journals and even a bit of Percy's skull is one display here. Best of all it's completely free.
Anam Khan: Must check out the Charles Dickens exhibition and the NY lunch evolution exhibition. Very informative.
Compass: NPYL is a New York landmark that houses over 25,000 bindings, a handwritten copy of the Declaration of Independence, and revolving series of art and science exhibits.

MuseumNerd: Japan Society has excellent wall texts in their art exhibits. Even if you're not the kind of person who normally reads them, give it a shot. Also, the high-tech toilets are a real treat. Read more.

Martina Caruso: Iconic photography gallery of midtown. In front of Fuller Building were another master photography space is located, Howard Greenberg Gallery. Always great exhibits. Be sure to check both!
Hannah Han: Love the Picasso exhibit going on right now. There are probably about 50+ paintings/sculptures. Free admission. Don't forget to check out upstairs!
