The Commercial Appeal: The soul burger is a don't-miss, and bring plenty of $1 bills for the jukebox. And if the bartender has time, ask them to tell you about the ghosts that haunt the Downtown joint.
Christopher Collins: Get a Soul Burger and dance to the best jukebox in the world. Really gets going around 12:00 on the weekends.
Susan Finco: Soul burger + great jukebox music = wonderful day to spend an hour or two
Glyn Vandenberg: pool tables and a juke box. pay the extra change to get your music played right away or else you have to wait through some heavy metal lover's idea of good music. great local crowd, loves it
Yuni Graham: Quite possibly my favorite place in Memphis. Great beer selection, pool tables, jukebox, sweet potato fries are delicious.
Bianca Phillips: Best fries in town! Lots of vegan options. Try the hummus pita or the fried tofu pita.
Andrea LeTard: A true Memphis staple, but not the best BBQ in the city. Worth going to if you're a tourist... Just to say you've been there! Get the meat/cheese plate. BBQ nachos good too. best slaw I've ever had
Travel Channel: On Man v Food, Adam Richman came here to pig out on their famous ribs, lamb riblets, pulled pork and chicken sandwiches.
Hogsfly: Rendezvous is now proudly pouring Ghost River beer, brewed locally in Memphis, TN!
