Spicy big tray chicken with hand pulled noodles added and plenty of pancakes on the side (I liked the beef pancakes the best) for dipping into the delicious spicy stew.
The food is amazing! The pancakes and the Big tray of chicken (be sure to get extra noodles) are not to be missed!

Get a classic spread of smoked fish, cream cheese, and a bagel, matzoh brei, or scrambled eggs with lox and onion. For the less classically-inclined, there's also chocolate babka french toast.

Great basic breakkie; scrambled eggs on sourdough with fresh cherry tomatoes and avocado. My dad had his eggs poached and they were also cooked perfectly, and I am v picky about my poach 🥚❤️

Fast, cheap, and yummy! Get the fried pork dumplings, a beef pancake and a side of kimchi. While there are many dumpling spots in Chinatown, Vanessa's is consistently the best.

Mung began soup is gross, steamed veggie dumplings no good also. Noodles w/sesame sauce (#37), pork buns, and pancakes are great. Kimchi's barely spicy and great addition to any meal. Do It!

This may be a vegetarian restaurant, but the food is about as far from a "health food joint" as you can get. Order the grits with a deep-fried poached egg and rejoice.

Best vegetarian restaurant I've ever eaten at. Came for brunch and had the zucchini pancakes (pictured), tomato biscuits and green huevos. Recommend all of them!
Don't get the frittata. The hominy, lemon ricotta pancakes, whipped ricotta and pear appetizer and the short rib huevos rancheros are delicious. Drink the Bright Boy Coolet and Earl the Pearl.
