Alden Cates: This may very well be my new favorite museum. The architecture is beautiful. Go before noon, beat the crowd! Cafe has delicious food if a little pricy.
Los Angeles: The Getty Center is the world’s most comprehensive arts, conservation and education institution
Valentine's Day Movie: The museum is free after 5pm on Saturdays. Stroll between galleries or through the gardens for spectacular sunset views. Take advantage of the free wi-fi as you walk through the galleries. #vday
Stephany Poce: Museum as a wonderful variety of art including modern and old. My favorites are Monet, Gaugin, Cezanne and of course, Picasso. A great way to spend an afternoon.
The Most Interesting Man in the World: At the LACMA Café, I absent-mindedly rearranged the ingredients of my fruit salad into a smiling face. I returned from the restroom to discover my creation had been awarded Best in Show.
Los Angeles: Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) is the largest encyclopedic museum west of Chicago, with a collection of more than 100,000 works

eric bornemann: Eclectic big name permanent contemporary collection. The special exhibits (in particular Soul of a Nation) are great. Cool building both on inside and outside. Be sure to eat at Otium when visiting.
Agatha Yu: Stunning architecture. The way the light leeks in from the veil and the oculus window is 👌🏻
AD Nys: Show up before 9, have 1 in your party queue in standby line and the rest walk across the street to explore the hidden Blue Ribbon garden behind Disney Hall while you wait.
Cécile: Go for the villa itself, then fall in love with the more recent architecture around. Free architecture tours every hour.
Vanity Fair Agenda: Most people head to The Getty Center instead of its original home at The Getty Villa. Visit on a Monday when most other museums are closed, and explore the property's extensive grounds.
Irina Botea: Beautiful gardens and views.
Ignis Dalini Echeverri: Beautiful place, you feel like in a Roman Village, fabulous collection of ancient art. Free! but don't forget to make reservation. Also free Wifi (like in Getty Musseum in LA)
Charles Edge: Check out the gift shop!
Los Angeles: The Getty Villa is the only reconstruction of a Roman Patrician country home in the United States
Chris Cookson: Fantastic exhibition, a little pricey at $25 but there is a feast of visual inspiration from Del Toro's films, classic Disney movies and illustrators/comic artists. A must-see for any film/horror buff
Bo Liebman: Great exhibit. Lots to see
Tamara Manik-Perlman: Not that well curated, seems like a mix of del Toro's and LACMA'S collections without a lot of explanation as to why each piece was chosen (beyond the theme of each gallery).
