Pal of a pal is Jesse - the amazing chef. As mentioned the homemade soda bread is fantastic, as is the signature cow pie. Outstanding pub all round (great NYE party too).
The Cow Pie has a massive section of hollow cow femur sticking out the top, acting like a chimney. But don't let that put you off.
