Serious Eats: Part butcher, part steakhouse, this is one of the first artisanal butcheries in Vegas. If you eat a steak you like at the restaurant, pick it up at the shop downstairs. Try the bib steak!

John Facella: The prime rib is the biggest star here, along with the cocktails and mushrooms. The table side service in an Art Deco dining room is a unique experience.
Oak Vichaikul: Can't really go wrong with much here since everything is carved right at the table for you. The English Cut is just enough to fill you up without going overboard. Add mushrooms and your good to go.

Men's Health Mag: The New York strip weighs in at about 20 ounces and comes on the bone. It's everything you want a steak to be: massive, blackened, and tender. Take the black truffle creamed spinach on the side.
Planet Hollywood Las Vegas: Two important things to know about this restaurant. 1) The Goose Fat Potatoes are incredible. 2) The 24 Layer Chocolate Cake is the most decadent dessert in Vegas. Try them both on your next visit.
