The rice used for nigiri has got to be one of the best recipes I've had for a ayce place. Small amount. Made the right way with a little wasabi under the fish. Nice small amount of rice per nigiri
Can't go wrong with the crab cakes, the lobster basque or the yellowfin ahi!!! Wasabi mashed potatoes are amazing! Also for dessert ask for the mud pie! Off the menu, but the best dessert they've got!
