The ideal park: quiet, yet right in the middle of downtown, ample seating, clean, amazing views of great buildings like City Hall and a nice coffee shop. Every neighborhood needs one a Grand Park.
Park in a lot off 12th, down an alley between Hope and Grand (access off Grand too). Cheap ($5 at times) and sometimes there's no one to take your money, so it's free.

This little secret park is quiet and calm. No organized sports allowed but a playing catch or kicking a ball around is just fine. Perfect for picnic or just reading a book.

Saw the new Linkin Park movie. A recording of a live concert in Germany on June 5 2012. The movie was awesome! Loved it! The movie theaters at L.A. Live are great. I really Ike that place. :~)
