Brian Middleton: We had the chefs choice of mini appetizers, the mozzarella with amazing tomatoes and bread, and finished off with sausage and rainbow carrots. All fabulous, strongly recommended.
Roberto Rodriguez: Sausage in every variety. The mozzarella bar accompaniments are all stellar.
Tory Johnson: The food here was amazing! We did family style of so many things- kale salad, rabbit bucatini, buffala mozzarella bar, the tartufo dessert and more- all so good

Mike Rowan: Started with the fresh mozz & endives app (perfection) then had a pasta dish entree made of two different entrees (yes, they do this). Artichoke & goat cheese tortellini & sweet potato gnocchi

Cat Lee C: Menu is great! Salads are a bit expensive for what they are. Get a sandwich, the mozz is amazing!
Tammy: Excellent breakfast omelets and bacon...loved the mozzarella, spinach, mushroom one. Get the lemon blackberry scone...you will love it!
Niles Emerick: Amazing breakfast sammys, bacon, cheddar, arugula is my vote. Also, best pan au chocolate in town.

Julie Bassignani: The roasted beet, arugala, pistacio pizza is soo good! We substituted mozzarella for feta (not a goat cheese fan) and it's Dee-lish!! Great beers on tap!
Chris Williams: Pie with fresh mozzarella, basil and prosciutto, and a funky rare beer to go with it. Perfect.
Jeff Woolfall: Sit at the bar and try a few of the unique beers they have on tap. Slice of the day is always delicious and they go out of their way to come up with some amazing combinations of toppings.
Puggles McSnorts: Try the tomato mozzarella salad with greens! The low rider description doesn't do it justice! Not too spicy, or too sweet! Just right! Try it! You haven't had anything like it!
Joshua Weichhand: The wife and I generally hit Proto's once a week. I recommend the Pontiff Pie -- large -- with a nice wheat beer, while seated on the patio.
DenverHappyHour: Happy Hour M-F 4-6pm. $1.75 PBR Cans, $4 Drafts, $3 Domestic Bottles, $5 Sangria

Marta Tsoneva: Delicious dirty martini. Mozarella salad with basil was also good.
Joshua Weichhand: The hidden gem at this trattoria is the pizzas. Try the Gamberetti or the Parma with a dry white, light-bodied red or a good Italian beer -- Peroni or Birra Moretti.
Kristianna Simmons: 16 years later, still one of my absolute favorite restaurants! Love the food here!
