Love, love, love this place. You have to sit on the second floor, it’s gorgeous. The green tea tiramisu and wagyu roll are next level. New Salmon roll is also a winner.

A wide range of pork/bacon options (yes, even wild boar), with sandwiches, salads and more. Good atmosphere and food. Try to sit in front of house or outside (weather permitting).
Wagyu tasting and a beef fat candle to dip your bread in.
Terrific, attentive service. Bread, eggs, hash browns and coffee all amazing. Biscuits were good but a little dry.

Devils On Horseback were alright but very rich. The Wagyu burger sliders were dry and still very pink in the middle. Ginger Chili shrimp was excellent as was the chili paneer. Recommend reservations.

Call a couple days ahead for a reservation at a decent time. But the rooftop is a great alternative for the linger staples. Wagyu sliders and fish tacos are good fallbacks if you are indecisive.

If you get there early after work like 4pm parking and seating is a breeze. Outside patio is wonderful in the warm weather

You will get excellent main dishes (Wagyu chow fun) and my whiskey & dash dessert was also excellent. A positive surprise for Denver. You can taste the quality and the love they put in every dish.
We really enjoyed several small plates and sharing a large plate so that we had plenty of room for dessert!

Amazing burgers especially the 5280 Prime with Wagyu beef. The truffle fries were also really good but the Mac and cheese lacked flavor
From 5280's amazing hamburgers, it's unique bar / ice cream combo, and don't forget it's friendly and caring staff. 5280 burger bar is quickly becoming my goto restaurant. Highly recommended!
Get the "I can't decide" to try two burgers! The steamboat is awesome. They also have great gluten free bread for the burger!

Hands down my favourite restaurant in Denver!!! Great for dinner but they also have a fantastic breakfast/brunch menu. Try their house "bacon" for one of the best pork dishes ever, and their donuts!

Sukiyaki is the way to go hands down. Don't mess around with the Shabu Shabu. Go sukiyaki!

The wagyu, egg and cheese burger is a deliciously messy piece of food. One the best burgers I've had.
Try the truffle French fries you won't be disappointed. Also- local beer!
