Mike Dudas: Best sushi in Chelsea by far. Order simple rolls so you can taste the fresh fish
Pablo Hernandez: Best sushi I've had in NYC. Always busy which is a good sign.
Ksu K: Fantastic food! Sushi melts in your mouth (let the chef pick for you), shumai is delicious and umeshu is on point! Pricey, but so worth it!

Marc Buon: Good solid list of sake, Sapporo on tap cheap, hamachi Kama, sushi ten (slightly on small side), fried octopus dusted with green tea powder and scallop maki! Good stuff!
Leandro Lagera: Great little izakaya. Get the cod in banana leaf. Can't go wrong with the nigiri also.
J.R. Reed: Pork belly, fried chicken, pork fried rice, sushi, and spicy cucumber are must-orders -> small plates but cool vibe and great date spot

ᴡ Fleysher: The sushi at Lobster Place is the best anywhere, even restaurants! Pricier but worth it!
Chad: If you're visiting Chelsea Market & like seafood, you HAVE to stop at Lobster Place and grab a Lobster Roll, Crab Club, fresh made sushi. Better than a lot of seafood restaurants in the city.
Christina Fiorentino: Sushi at the seafood shop is great and always tastes super fresh!
Jenna Fain: Amazing vegan sushi that's healthy & very fresh. My favorite is the spicy mango roll, but you can't go wrong here!
J Druni: Great veggie sushi. Still, I think it's not as fresh as its brother Beyond Sushi.
Asia Lindsay: Not as good as the Beyond Sushi on 14th street for some reason but the sushi is still totally worth getting because it's vegan, rainbow and amazing, obviously.

Robert Stevenson: Expect a wait, even w/res, did Angry Dragon, pork belly & pineapple fried rice. Rice in maki was amazing, sushi well prepared, pineapple fried rice delicious but pork belly rice under cooked. 7/10.
Giorgos Kousteridis: Nice food and a wonderful environment! Great sushi and the most bizarre potato plate I've seen!
Ms Helene: Nightclub space used for early evening functions. Great art on walls, service and same tasty appetizers served. Miso cod, mini chicken drumsticks, nigiri sushi and lobster egg rolls.

Melissa Rosenthal: Great nigiri set for the price. You can even get out with a reasonable bill if you don't overdo it with the Sake. Definitely coming back for the Omakase.
Alex Zaltsman: Absolutely amazing. Love the needlefish, ocean perch, uni! This is the top of the sushi food chain for sure, up there with Nakazawa.
Kathleen Shim: Omakase at the sushi bar is definitely the way to go! The sushi chefs are amazing and very kind, creating a very relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Anabel Teixeira: Very cool place. Crispy shrimp and edamame as an appetizer. Sushi and kobe beef for dinner, and cheese cake and creme brulée for dessert. :)
Dan Manioci: The presentation of the oysters and sashimi sampler are unreal! Check them out.
Crystal Zheng: Must have/try sushi or sashimi: wagyu beef & Foie gras, Hamachi, O Toro Tuna, Medai, Scallops, Uni.

Kate: Enjoyed our meal - had the menchi katsu, mackerel sushi, mixed beans in XO sauce, mazemen, and sushi platter. Loved all of it!
Josh W: Katsu (tenderloin and pork loin), mazemen, and corn ice cream were amazing - must orders! Total came out to $150 pre-tip for 4, pretty good value
Alèxia Solé: I’ve been told they serve the best TONKATSU in NYC. Also ask the egg plant ragu.
