One of the best places I've stayed. Positive environment ad friendly people. Spend some time hanging out in the lobby drinking tea even if you wan to see the city. The people are half the fun!

Amazing! More like a hotel on hostel budget. No bunk beds-GREAT. Free wi-fi everywhere. Great location, incredible personalized service. 100% cleanliness. TOTALLY recommended.

Safe, clean, tidy, good location (in front of the metro station) and a huge breakfast. No internet access in the bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
If you are looking for a cozy, low profile hostel, Plus definitely is NOT your place (huge, crowded, hotel mood sometimes). BUT, staff is amazing, rooms are super comfortable and prices are great.

Great owner-run hostel, only open during summer season. A wonderful place, with cinema, a garden and small camping area. If you're looking for a home away from home, this could be it.

Basic but clean rooms in an awesome area. There's so many local shops, restaurants, cafés, etc. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, but the walls was really thin and the floors very squeaky.

Just finished a trip to Europe during which I stayed in six hostels. This was by far my favorite: great location, great prices, great staff, and cheap beer.
First time staying at Heart of Gold and it was GREAT. Friendly staff, very clean, awesome People and very central. Nice lounge too.
Maybe the best hostel in Berlin. The staff there is extremely friendly, and rooms are clean and stylish. If you stay in Berlin and have restricted budget, it's the place for you!
Breakfast, wifi, beds, showers, everything was great. But the thing that really stood out to me was how personable the owners are. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Berlin! Love this place!
