I don't remember the name but it is an appetizer with beef, chicken, pork, potato, plantain, yucca, and sausage. So delicious with a generous squeeze of lime.

Went there for a dinner on a weeknight. Everything was perfect. Not too crowded, top notch service, meats came out hot and tender. Filet mignon wrapped in bacon was my favorite, with the top sirloin.
Friendly gauchos slice off hunks of lamb chops, filet mignon, and picanha (bottom sirloin) until you beg for mercy; there's also a big salad bar for the vegetarians who lost the coin toss on dinner. Read more.
These guys hooked us up! We had two children eating. We were celebrating good grades and they charged us for one child meal. They then took care of one of our three desserts. Going again.
The gnocchi quartet and a slice of pionono for dessert is hands down my favorite meal in the entire city. Simply delicious, y'all :)

When I miss Brazilian churrasco (barbecue), Fogo de Chao is where I go to. Authentic, nicely done BBQ. Lunch is half price, which is a very good deal.
