I love this original Kerbey Lane location! It is much more low key and enjoyable. They have amazing pancakes, queso and sweet potato fries!

Get the gingerbread pancakes, and ADD chocolate chips. If that's too sweet for you, add both pecans and chocolate chips. THAT is some happiness.
The buttermilk pancakes are the best. It gets busy around noon on the weekends. Get there early

Have the garden delight with the eggs over easy, spinach (as opposed to broccoli) and add a hash cake. Healthy AND satisfying. Tasty!
Delicious vegan all day breakfast. Get the bouldin house omelette with potato cake and fresh fruit! Great chai also!
