This roadside mobile restaurant doesn't merely churn out some of the best barbecue on the block, it makes some of the best brisket, ribs and pulled pork in the entire country. Fatty Brisket is a must.
Get here early or else they do sell out (we lined up at 9 and ate at 1 on a Tuesday). Brisket and Pork ribs are winners and the banana bourbon pie is also a dark horse so get it!!

Consistanly one of the best BBQ places around! My fave is the brisket extra leas and lots of black. Cream corn and beans are great too. It would be nice to have more seating with A/C.

I'm a Kansas City barbeque snob, and most Texas barbeque doesn't meet my expectations...except Rudy's. The brisket is flavorful, the turkey is amazing, and the sausage is very tasty.

The brisket melts in your mouth! The lamb sausage is divine, coming from someone who's not a fan of any kind of sausage. Cheese grits were AMAZING. A nice southwest twist. The slaw was also en pointe.
Brisket is buttery-moist, great bark. Pork ribs don't exactly fall off the bone but are delicious.

The pork short ribs are great and the brisket was nice a tender. Mac 'n cheese is done right, fried okra is a good bet. Drown it all in Stubb's BBQ sauce and clean things up with a sweet tea.

Brisket is fantastic and moist. The pork rib falls off the bone. However, I am not a fan of the sauce. Will still come back again and again.
Fall off the bone pork ribs, beef sausage with great snap and flavor, and moist brisket with tasty bark. No line at noon on a Friday. Will have to come in morning for kolaches next time.
