Franklin has some of the best barbecue in the entire country. Doors open at 11 am Tuesday-Sunday, but be sure to get there much earlier (before 10 am) if you want to get a good spot in line!
Get there early and take a chair. Loved the ribs and turkey. Brisket and sausage were good. Didn't get to try the pulled pork. 8-(

I've tried just about all of Austin's BBQ, and trust me, if you can get here, it's the BEST. Go "Cutter's Choice" and St. Louis style Ribs with Beans. Buy a bottle of "Sause" to go!
A great representation of TX BBQ. The pork loin is a under appreciated option here worth a 1/4 pound to taste. You will order it again
St. Louis ribs are amazing, so is the chopped beef. Try either of these when u want a change of pace from their awesome brisket.

Frito Pie: Only on the bar menu. A layer of Lamberts mustard bbq sauce, topped with Fritos, chopped beef brisket, queso, pico de gallo, goat cheese, and cilantro, with a pickled jalapeno on the side.
Rib eye steak (must) and the pulled pork are good and good value

The brisket melts in your mouth! The lamb sausage is divine, coming from someone who's not a fan of any kind of sausage. Cheese grits were AMAZING. A nice southwest twist. The slaw was also en pointe.
Brisket is buttery-moist, great bark. Pork ribs don't exactly fall off the bone but are delicious.
The pork ribs fell off the bone, the brisket was wet with tasty bark, and the jalapeño cheese grits is the best side I've had around here
The minor plate is more than enough food. You can't go wrong with the ribs and pulled pork.

This was the most delicious brisket I’ve ever had. Aside from them giving you a sample piece when you walk in the plate is worth it. It actually melted in my mouth. I dream of it now.

The brisket is one of the most tender I’ve ever had. Their ribs are smoked to perfection. Really excellent barbecue!

The brisket has a lot of variation. I've had some of the best brisket ever and just mediocre. But you can never go wrong with the beef ribs - best beef ribs I've had. The house sauce is amazing.

Great place! Delicious food. My wife and I spent three months in Korea and crave Korean food weekly. This is the place we have been going for 3 years. We love the marinated short rib.
We tried and enjoyed the pork belly and spicy bulgogi. Lots of small plates with pickled veg, kimchi, and other goodies.
I have never had Korean BBQ before- delicious! We had Doisot Bibim Bob (beef & veggies topped with egg with crispy rice in a sizzling pot) & Woo Galbi Jumoolluk (seasoned boneless short rib cubes)
